Vintage Rose Quartz Dangle Earrings
This pair of vintage rose quartz earrings are in very good pre-owned condition. The earrings feature a large slice of rose quartz. There are no stamps or markings on these. I did polish them as they were heavily tarnished. I tested them for 10k, 14k, 18k and sterling silver, none tested positive. With the 10k acid, it did disappear a bit slower so maybe a lower grade of gold. When I polished them a rose gold hue showed up. So maybe rose gold plated? I’m not sure, I just saw that they were heavily tarnished. The stones measure: 1.82” inches or 46.3 mm tall by 1.15” inches or 29.4 mm wide. The earrings overall measure: 2.37” inches or 60.2 mm tall including the top of the hooks. One stone has a crack through the center, that crack does not go all the way through. The other stone has a crack towards the top that does go all the way through. But the stone seems to be nicely set in the metal which doesn’t allow the top piece to fall out. Thanks for looking! Bin 4
