It's a beautiful glass butterfly that I would advise maybe not to put it out in the yard it's delicate because of the glass..I suggest patio or inclosed porch. The parts that aren't the chimes, are real wood. I'm not a windchime fan and it was honestly a nice gift but I'm not even living where I can put it anywhere at the moment anyways so I thought, well why not try to get it to someone that would use it and find it soothingly in their ears!!
