Internally: Some chips, tears, old damp spots and soiling, creases, corner piece missing (not affecting text). Pages are separating (pulling away) from gutter. However, text is clear, remarkably readable, and the illustrations are clean and clear. Overall Good. Very old and fragile, and certainly collectible.
