This is a clown brooch from Italian brand Vogue Bijoux.
The design features a swaying movement at the feet.

Due to age, there is glue seepage around the eye rhinestones and minor peeling of the black paint on the feet.

Approximately 6.5cm x 3cm, approximately 11g
