These are dust covers for the lectron (Ford and Chevy branded is applicable so long as it's produced by lectron and not Tesla) NACS to CCS charger. They clip into the adapter so as not to fall off on their own. Keep dust, dirt, and debris out. I store mine in the driver's side door.
