Antique 20th Century Silverware Footed Butter Dish by Lanca Scarce Victorian

The maker of this silver plated butter dish is Lanca, marked on the bottom. I was not able to find any other items online by him. Nonetheless this is an early 1900s butter dish. It's pretty fancy and was owned by someone wealthy at some point. This dish is footed, something that is not seen on most other butter dishes. It's also very ornate with good design elements. faultless for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
