Vintage Framed Ink Drawing of a Fashionable Young Woman / Model of the 1960s (?)

As shown. See all photos. Am I correctly identifying the era? I’m second guessing sixties. Artwork framed under glass and seemingly unsigned. At one point I vaguely recall being led to believe it was a Harold Zussin, but no guarantees. I’m not convinced. Some built-in flaws, which give it character. Nothing functionally wrong, just imperfections of an artist. Casual, cute little piece of hanging wall art. Also includes painted elements, in addition to the pen ink. 11.75” x 17.25” x .75” faultless for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
