Has stage light feature the switch is on the back, switch for still or motion or turn off entire lights with a button in front. I plugged it in and it powers up and lights up (see picture). It is used so has assorted scratches and one of the rubber tips on one of the legs is missing. Full disclosure - I do not have an ipod anymore to check if this works, so being sold as is.
