Very good used condition. One owner. Smoke free home. Very gently played with. The only piece notably missing is the faucet which is a tiny silver piece that hooks into the sink. Two of the cans have a label that is coming off just a bit, but it sticks right back on or you could add a tiny bit of glue to keep it on better. The box itself is pretty beat up and I would recommend me not shipping inside the box in order to save . All animals, figures, and other accessories are present. And there is no damage to the building itself. faultless for everyday use. excellent materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
