This is a Stylus C1 ballpoint pen.
Unused, unopened, and quite old. Since I haven't tested it, I can test it before sending if you're concerned, so please let me know. It's a current product, so you can pick up refills at stationery stores.

One pen has an oil-based ballpoint pen and a touch pen (for capacitive systems).
It uses an aluminum body and velvety conductive silicone rubber for the touch part. The touch pen is highly sensitive, allowing you to operate smartphones and tablets without stress.
